Big Table Ranch Guest House- Welcome! Our vacation property can accommodate up to 6 adults in the main house and 2-3 adults in the adjacent guesthouse. The main house has three bedrooms; master bedroom has a private full-bath while the two smaller bedrooms share a full-bath in the hall. The couch in the living room is big enough to easily sleep one. Floor mats and sleeping bags area available for the adventurous outdoors deck sleepers under the stars. The hot tub is fabulous for relaxing anytime but especially under the stars at night. It has therapy jets for those tired muscles after a long day of sightseeing or hiking.

My place is right off smith station road [J132] its about 10 miles from the Yosemite entrance [120]. Its close the Groveland and buck meadows. We have air con. BBQ area .The place is very nice but its about 1000 sq. ft.2 bed rooms 1 bath room and extra beds for kids.its perfect for 2 couples or small family.small dogs ok. also close to good fishing and swimming. its has a carport for parking. We have store close by.

Our house is ideally located just under a mile from the Pine Mountain Lake Marina. This is a great beach! You can rent kayaks, paddle boats and enjoy great food at the grill overlooking the water. Kids love the swim platform and enjoy renting fishing poles and bait. There are bass and blue gill hanging around the boat docks waiting to be caught. We recommend adding some time to your trip to relax and enjoy this great experience. About PML Yosemite Park is just 25 miles away, but there are many other attractions in the area. The Sunset Roost offers quiet solitude in a beautiful foothill setting. The Sunset Roost is a three bedroom, two-bath manufactured home that has been fully renovated inside and out. It is tastefully decorated throughout. Sunset Roost is designed for adults as a non-smoking property. Artwork from local artists adorns every room and spills into the Outdoor Living Room and gardens. And the sunset view is what you will always remember! An open floor plan invites interaction throughout the living area. The large peninsula counter separates the kitchen from the dining area and provides plenty of prep space for creating meals or picnic lunches to take into Yosemite. A leather sofa and love seat face one another and look out over the deck towards the Merced River Canyon. Trash disposal is expensive in the hills. One large trash bag(fits 3 regular trash bags) is included in the rental, which is enough for most of guests. We are reasonable and careful - we only had to charge one guest in the last year for excessive trash. EXCESSIVE GARBAGE & RECYCLABLES: Over 2 large trash bags provided and over 2 large recyclable bags provided are considered EXTRA garbage and recyclables. And please make sure to dispose EXTRA garbage and recyclables. If you have more than 2 bags of each(garbage and recyclables), extra trash bags can be purchased from the main gate at $7.89 per bag. The open floor plan with bar style peninsula allows the kitchen to flow past the bright and cheerful dining atrium and into the very spacious living room. The atrium boasts an antique dining table equipped to seat, and feed your party of up to 10. The living room has a couch and two side chairs, a gas powered fire place, and no sleeping accommodations so you can enjoy each other without worrying about someone needing to go to bed. There is a bluetooth receiver which allows you to play or stream music from your phone or device both indoors and out. As beautiful as the PineBluff House is on the inside, the true gem of this property is the pebble tech patio surrounding a gorgeous black pebble tech in ground pool. With steps and then depths ranging from 3 1/2 feet to 7 1/2 feet, this pool can breathe life back into even the most weary of travelers. Between the black bottom and recently added solar heater(Sept 2020), the sun's heat is easily transferred to the water extending the swimming season on both ends of a traditional pool season. Depending on your temperature tolerance, and weather, pool swimming season ranges from April-October generally(although I know a few Pacific NW kids who have swam in every month on the calendar!) Several chez-lounge chairs and other deck chairs are available for your basking pleasure. Large umbrellas allow you to choose shade or sun. Covered outdoor dining for 10 can be accommodated pool side to enjoy your favorite BBQ prepared on our Weber gas grill. There are outdoor speakers by the pool. Ridgecrest Roost is a recently remodeled house located in the gated community of Pine Mountain Lake (PML), approximately 26 miles from the north entrance of Yosemite and 15 minutes to Lake Don Pedro. PML's amenities include private lake beach access, boat and kayak rentals, an 18 hole championship golf course, restaurant and grill, horse stables and trail riding, walking trails, pickle ball and tennis courts. Enjoy breakfast on one of the three decks, a day on the beach, or fishing at Fisherman's Cove- there is a lot that Pine Mt. Lake has to offer! A hidden gem for sure! We recently purchased this charming and bright house and have big shoes to fill! The previous owners were wonderful hosts and earned an impressive 130+ five star reviews. You will be able to enjoy the sunrise coming over the mountains in the morning, or star gaze at night with the clear skies of Groveland with the spa jets on your massaging your back. We recently installed a brand new spa and deck lights for your enjoyment. The house is well furnished with comfy leather couches and a love seat which folds out to a bed in front of the wood burning fireplace. We do our best to keep firewood stocked for your use during the cold months. The kitchen was recently remodeled and is shiny and clean with stainless appliances and new quartz counter tops. You won't find old outdated .carpet here as new flooring was recently installed. The two bathrooms have been remodeled as well, with white cabinets, new shower/ tub stalls and slate flooring. We do our best to stock the kitchen with the basics such as oil and spices and all you will need to enjoy cooking with your friends and family in our sparkling kitchen. Just outside the kitchen is a deck with peaceful and pretty views, a large gas grill (propane included), an expandable table with chairs and cushions, two umbrellas, and our new spa. The front deck has new patio furniture and pillows and a new umbrella. You will find one more small deck with more seating off the third bedroom. We love retreating out there on one of the two rockers for some reading while listening to the wind in the trees of PML. Pine Mountain Lake has tons of wildlife who seem to be happy to share their land with you! We see lots of deer, turkeys, squirrels and birds daily. Kids and adults alike love the unique feel of the PML community as you feel like you are out in the mountains, but you have access to so many conveniences within just a short distance from the house. Ridgecrest Roost is just a five minute drive (less than 2.5 miles) to the charming and historical downtown Groveland where you will fine plenty to do! Although many guests find Groveland for it's proximity to the west entrance of Yosemite, many come back just to relax and play in downtown Groveland and Pine Mountain Lake. All within a few minutes of the house you will find the MarVal grocery store- where we buy all of our groceries, the Iron Door Saloon- the oldest running saloon in California, a friendly and interesting museum with all sorts of fun gold rush artifacts at the library, an art museum with local wine tasting, a park with a climbing structure for kids' play, upscale and casual restaurants, shops, coffee houses, and local residents who are happy to share their quaint town with visitors. We even have a local winery, Yosemite Cellars, with lovely owners who will serve as your hosts overlooking the vineyards. Call them to make a reservation for a tasting! Still technically in Groveland, but just outside of the town is Rainbow Falls and Rainbow Pools. This is a guest favorite time and again. (Dog friendly.) A day trip to the west gate of Yosemite will take about 35 minutes on nicely maintained roads, and just over an hour to the valley floor. There is never enough time to soak in all of the splendor of Yosemite, but you can customize your trip to the needs of your group and the time you have to enjoy it. Some guests hire tour guides or hiking guides to further explore the park and others just wing it and take in the sights as they come. The valley floor monuments, Glacier Point, the historic Majestic Yosemite Hotel, waterfalls, hiking, biking (you can rent bikes in the valley floor) all await your visit! If you want to take public transportation down to the park, check out YARTS for their pick up and drop off schedules. For about $15 per person, you can ride the bus round trip to and from the park. The historic town of Columbia is a 55 minute drive and a rich, historic experience. Columbia is lively and historically staged, recreating a classic booming gold rush era town where you will see proprietors dressed in 1850s era clothing, ride a stagecoach, pan for gold, browse 1850s era shops, picnic, dine, or just enjoy the sights strolling with an ice cream on the old, historic sidewalks. (Also dog friendly.) The surrounding Mother Load area has one after the other charming and historic gold rush towns- check out Jamestown, Sonora, Murphies, Twain Harte, San Andreas... lots of good exploring! **** Important note: When checking into Pine Mountain Lake, the gate personnel will ask for your I.D. and a $40 one time, per car fee which goes toward paying for maintenance of the community and amenities.
